Ice and Climate:
Polar in-situ observations

Introduction

AWS on the Kangerlussuaq-transect (K-transect) Western Greenland ice margin, and on the Eastern Greenland ice margin. The AWS are part of a larger ongoing measuring program that includes mass balance, glacier velocity, and subglacial water pressure observations. The stations marked bold are still operational.
